Keith Lloyd Couture is an appointment-only couture house in New York City. We combine the best elements of fashion design and hand tailoring to provide a convenient shopping experience for our clients where you get to work with a designer to create your very own custom clothing.

We bypass mass-market ready-to-wear retail outlets. Clients enjoy significantly more design options than are generally available from a tailoring establishment and the exactness of a bespoke fit that cannot be had in ready-to-wear

We use an international business model and leverage global markets. We work directly with weaving mills in Savile Row London, Italy, Australia and our master tailors in Asia and NYC and fashions designers from NYC and Europe.

Upwardly mobile young professionals, senior executives and socialites in NYC who appreciate fine-tailored clothing and our design services. We also dress celebrity personalities in media and entertainment and host stylish events with other high-end strategic partners, and networks in NYC and Hamptons (Classic Car Club, Luxury Preview, Donald Trump Apprentice Winner, etc).

We offer custom designed and hand tailored clothing in business wear, business casual wear, upper casual wear, outer wear and select formal wear for men and women. This includes suits, shirts, pants, sports jackets, smoking jackets, tuxedos, and overcoats for men and tailored dresses, skirt suits, pants suits, separates, cocktail dresses, trench coats and overcoats for women.

Our process starts with a one on one consultation, which takes about 1 hour with our first-time clients. It includes building your profile, selecting fabrics, styling, detailed measurement taking, and then ends with your custom designed and hand tailored clothing fitted in 4-5 weeks. We review and notate fit preferences, and if alterations are needed, take care of them.

We do not maintain storefronts. We have our main office in midtown where we meet with our clients and also have trunk shows organized seasonally at showrooms and different social venues.

All our products (from suits to ball gowns) are bespoke. Prices for each product line varies mainly due to fabric quality and design complexity. The construction is consistent across all lines.

Suits range from $1,700 to $25,000. Work dresses start at $2,000. Cotton shirts range from $220 to $600.

We also offer business casual wear, outerwear, upper casual wear and formal wear wardrobe solutions.

We import the finest fabrics from countries such as Italy, UK, Scotland and ustralia. We feature Super 100s -200s’s in 100% superfine worsted wools for suiting from re-known weaving mills such Vitale Barberis Canonico, Piacenza, Holland and Sherry. We also feature seasonal fabrics such as 100% Bamboo, Dupioni and Shantung silks and linen blends as well as luxurious Cashmere, Angora and Vicuna fabrics for jacketing and vercoats. Exclusively for our female clientele, we now offer unique couture fabrics designed by Valentino, Emanuel Ungaro and Carnet for all occasions and seasons.

We focus on Savile Row fitted clothing with rope shoulder construction details and hand-felled arm-holes. Every clothing piece is custom designed and hand tailored with bespoke features that include functional buttons, hand-craft stitching on lapels and individual patterns are hand cut for each client, tailored and finished by hand.

There are TWO types of design services that we offer.

1. The Su Misura service is geared towards professionals who need well tailored and fitted clothing to complement their lifestyle and career. Our design team works with you to customize designs from our existing design portfolio and create hand tailored clothing with bespoke features such as functional buttons, hand craft stitching on lapels, and individual patterns that are hand cut for each client, tailored and finished by hand.

2. The second service is our Couture service. This is the ultimate in luxury clothing and stylistic expression. A client gets to work with our design team to create his or her own design and one-of-a-kind couture piece. No detail is spared. For example, we can design a unique couture overcoat or cocktail dress or for a suit, we can create the fabric itself (bespoke cloth) by designing a personalized pinstripe for a client rather than a plain pinstripe, and then have this fabric woven in one of the finest Italian weaving mills.

Yes, we have trunk shows regularly during Spring, Fall and Winter seasons and select events during the summer. We have trunk shows in bigger settings such as at Classic Car Club, as well as more personalized one-on one events in showrooms and private suites where clients come to us.

As is standard in custom, we collect first half of total payment (includes sales tax) on the day of consultation at the time it is completed and order is placed. The second half of total payment is payable once your clothing is delivered. We accept all major credit cards, checks or cash.

As a design house, we do NOT handle alterations on an on-going basis for our clients after satisfactory delivery due to weight gain or weight loss. However, in exceptional circumstances, (TBD on case by case scenario), we will offer complimentary alterations on your garments for 3 months after delivery.

Personal Fit is the combination of your size, shape and height. We design clothing for petite, big and tall and all sizes as it’s custom, and the clothing is made to fit you, and an individual pattern is created and

Yes, as a design house, we can create complete wardrobe solutions for clients that they can mix and match for different occasions and seasons. Whether you require clothing for work, or weekend in the Hamptons, travel ad cruise clothing, we can design versatile custom clothing solutions that match your personal style preferences and lifestyle. We can also provide wardrobe styling and recommendations for our clients.

If sales taxes are required on your order, they will be charged on the full value of your order, before any gift card discount is taken.

We stand behind every piece of clothing we make with complete satisfaction guaranteed. Because it is custom clothing, and clothing is made specifically to fit your body, we can't offer cash refunds for clothing after they have been made. However, if you are not satisfied with the fit of your clothing, we will alter it to match your preferences or remake it once free of charge.
